Do you make everything yourself?
Yes, every milk&honey piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind.
What forms of payment do you take?
I accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You don't have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card! Click here for info on PayPal security -- it's easy and secure. This is the fastest way for me to process your order and for you to receive your items. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, note that on your order form and we'll work something out.
Do you do custom work?
You betcha! Send me your design ideas, and I'll give you a quote and delivery estimate. I love to do wedding jewelry -- for brides, the whole bridal party, and mothers & mothers-in-law.
What if I need a different size?
Many milk&honey bracelets and necklaces include chain extenders, so the length can be adjusted to fit you. I'll happily resize bracelets and necklaces for a small fee -- include any change requests in the comments section of your order, and I'll follow up with an estimate.
What if I want giftwrap?
That's all part of the milk&honey package. Your goodies will come in the loveliest little box or bag.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, wholesale and consignment inquiries are welcome. Please email me with a description of your store (including a website), what types of milk&honey pieces you might like to carry, and your contact info.
What's your return policy?
All sales are final. I am happy to accept returns if items arrive damaged -- contact me within 3 business days about the problem. Please be assured that all milk&honey pieces are handcrafted with love and the highest of quality standards.
What's your privacy policy?
The information that you provide when placing a milk&honey order is never sold or shared with other companies; it is used strictly for completing your order. You will not be placed on our mailing list unless you specifically sign up for it. Unauthorized duplication, publication, or redistribution of material from milk&honeydesigns.com is expressly prohibited.
How do I take care of my milk&honey pieces?
It's best to keep sterling silver pieces sealed up when you're not wearing them -- a small plastic bag works well. Every once in a while, you might buff the silver or gold fill with a soft cloth or chamois.
What if the answer to my question isn't listed here?
Send me an email -- I'd love to hear from you!
